The Fitness to Practise Committee (FPC) sit to consider procedural, substantive and interim order hearings and the Registration Appeals Committee (RAC) to consider restoration applications and registration appeals. Hearings are held over a period of five days in each month except August and December throughout the year and generally, procedural hearings, registration appeals and restoration applications will be held on the Monday of the hearings week with substantive and interim order hearings being held on Tuesday-Friday. Notification will be posted on this website only when a hearing has been confirmed and a notice will be published four weeks before the date of the hearing.
